Information provided in this section includes demographic, economic and socio-economic figures allowing you to get a feel for the affluence and make-up of the town. There are also commercial rents and a profile of the retail sector in your subject town.

All the information on a town report can be downloaded into a Word document to use as appendices in your report.

You will get the most out of the Town Comparison function if you know what the target groups are for your Retailer. For example if your client sells toys, he will be looking at towns where the number of children is higher than the national average. In this case you enter the national average (or higher) in the minimum field.
Note: national average number for each category is in brackets



After submitting your search go straight to 'Save' to receive Excel report which can be manipulated by using the 'Sort' function to find the 'hottest' target towns.
