After running your search, if you want to display your comparables on a map you can click on the 'Create Report' button and choose the 'Map' option.

To produce a report, you should

• Run your search first
• Then select the properties you are interested in
• Finally click on the 'Create Report' button

There are 4 types of reports you can create. For quick analysis of sale prices and yields achieved, and to find out who are the most active agents and investors, use the Excel report. Alternatively a Detailed report will download your records into a smart Word document that can be edited to include your company logo. Don't forget to tick 'photo' and 'map' to obtain full details of the transacted properties.

You can set up email alerts after each search you do by clicking on the 'Alert me' button at the top of the results page.



Saving your searches will save you re-inputting your criteria every time, and will actively search the system for new deals added on your behalf!
